Our client, a leading company in meat and derivative production, has entrusted us with the search for the best professional to fill the position of: **PRODUCTION MANAGER** REQUIREMENTS: * Professional or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields. Experience in production process control, personnel management, and resource management. * Availability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. FUNCTIONS: * Manage production plant operations under your responsibility, ensuring optimal resource utilization and achievement of established production targets. * Participate in developing the company’s Strategic Plan, as well as in designing and forecasting the annual Production Department budget. * Monitor monthly execution of the budget for the plant under your responsibility, analyze variances, and report results to the General Manager. * Ensure raw material and input receipt, production, and product storage comply with defined production standards. * Guarantee proper operation of the entire production process line, acting as internal auditor. * Prepare weekly and daily production schedules, ensuring compliance with established volumes and forwarding this information to the supervision department. * Supervise and control execution of production processes, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, safety, and food safety at all stages. * Coordinate with the Maintenance Department the implementation and monitoring of the annual maintenance plan, including quotation and procurement of machinery and equipment spare parts. * Provide ad-hoc operational support to other production areas, as required by the plant. * Coordinate with the Commercial (Sales) Department the planning of weekly orders and ensure their correct execution within the established schedule. * Monitor and reconcile production staff attendance records, manage meal collection at the cafeteria, and prepare the daily food order list. * Generate production reports and indicators, identify process deviations, and implement corrective actions to promote continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all production processes.
