Position Summary: We are seeking a Third-Party Services Analyst to manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and provide commercial support within an advertising industry company. Commercial support for textile materials and merchandising POP UP E.I.R.L., an advertising industry company dedicated to the production and installation of advertising materials, is currently seeking new talent for the position of **Third-Party Services Analyst** **REQUIREMENTS** * University or technical graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Experience and/or exposure to the apparel, textile services, and advertising merchandising industries * Experience in procurement and supply management * Experience in internal and external customer service (suppliers) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience using ERP systems or control systems * Experience preparing reports and monitoring KPIs **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Obtain quotations and negotiate purchases of goods and services for Production and Commercial departments * Prepare comparative analyses and coordinate validations with Cost Accounting and Treasury * Issue documents in the ERP system (purchase orders, shipping guides, and notes) and track orders through to payment * Verify supplier compliance regarding quality, quantity, and delivery timelines * Coordinate with Warehouse for dispatch and receipt of materials required for external services * Identify and develop new suppliers * Prepare monthly reports and technical specifications for goods and services * Provide commercial department support for catalogs and textile/merchandising tools **CONDITIONS** * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Location: Cercado de Lima * Employment regime: MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise) * Payment schedule: Biweekly **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll from day one * Career development path * Dynamic work environment Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * Which district do you live in? * Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima?
