




Job Summary: We are seeking a Restaurant Manager in Miraflores to oversee operations, implement business strategies, and ensure quality and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures compliance with quality standards and health regulations. ***We’re looking for you!*** On behalf of our client—a leading company in the foodservice industry—we are searching for top talent for the position of: **RESTAURANT MANAGER – MIRAFLORES** **Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise the restaurant’s overall operations (kitchen, dining area, and warehouse). * Design and execute commercial strategies and promotions to increase sales. * Monitor costs, inventory, suppliers, and profitability margins. * Implement upselling and cross\-selling strategies to increase average transaction value. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and health regulations. * Lead the team (shifts, training, performance, and workplace atmosphere). * Supervise customer experience and manage complaints or incidents. * Prepare reports and analyze management indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager. * Experience managing restaurant costs and financial analysis. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Familiarity with POS systems and health regulations (preferred). **Employment Conditions:** * Competitive market-based salary * Payroll: **General Regime** * Work modality: **On-site** * Working hours: **Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (rotating days off)** * Workplace location: **Miraflores** “Human Solutions promotes labor integration and inclusion of persons with disabilities.” Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.3,501\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
