




Position Summary: We are seeking a commercial leader to drive sales, manage the CRM, and oversee the end-to-end B2B sales process to develop leadership and soft skills within organizations. We are growing and looking for a commercial leader to take our sales to the next level. **Main Responsibilities:** * Rigorously manage and update the CRM, recording every interaction, follow-up, and status of each sales opportunity. * Execute the full sales cycle: **prospecting, initial contact, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing**. * Actively prospect potential companies via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels. * Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on their likelihood of closing. * Conduct consistent, strategic follow-ups with each prospect in the pipeline. * Negotiate terms and close contracts with corporate clients (managers, HR directors, business owners). * Report weekly sales metrics: contacts made, meetings held, proposals sent, and deals closed. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience in B2B service sales** (training, consulting, corporate events, marketing, or similar). * Proven mastery of the **entire sales process**, from prospecting to closing. * Proficiency with **CRM tools** (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar) for pipeline management and tracking. * Ability to connect and communicate effectively with decision-makers in companies. * Strong organizational skills, discipline, and results orientation. * Proactive, resilient attitude with a commercial mindset. **Desirable:** * Genuine interest in leadership, human development, and soft skills. * Experience with personal branding, speakers, or knowledge-based businesses. **Additional Benefits:** * Free access to GP’s leadership and training programs. * Ongoing training in neuro-sales. * Purpose-driven work: you sell transformation to companies. * A close-knit, flexible environment with a growth-oriented culture. * Opportunity for internal career growth.
