Your primary objective will be to intercept potential customers, generate interest through product demonstrations, and secure sales closures. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Proactive customer engagement:** Identify and attract potential customers within the point of sale. * **Technical demonstration:** Conduct product trials (makeup, fragrances, or creams), clearly explaining the benefits and unique selling points of our brands. * **Sales acceleration:** Promote cross-selling to increase the average transaction value. * **Management reporting:** Monitor stock levels of promoted products and report daily sales. * **Activations:** Participate in beauty-sector events or fairs representing the brand. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a sales promoter, field marketer, or field sales representative (preferably in beauty, luxury, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors). * **Skills:** Results-driven commercial profile, excellent verbal fluency, and ability to work under performance-pressure conditions. * **Knowledge:** Genuine interest in beauty and personal care trends. * **Attitude:** Proactive, charismatic, and highly resilient. **What we offer:** * Attractive commission and incentive scheme for achieving sales targets. * Ongoing technical training on premium products. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent working environment in a dynamic and modern setting.
