If your professional motivation is to grow within an industry that safeguards the health of those around you and relentlessly pursues excellence and innovation, this is your opportunity! **Role Purpose:** Ensure positive market evolution for generics in your territory, supported by product availability at the point of sale: numerical distribution, weighted distribution, penetration, and depth, established through the implementation and monitoring of trade marketing plans and activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Establish, according to the rotation/stock-out quota assigned by the POS LEADER, the quota distribution for each point of sale in your panel. * Negotiate and ensure compliance with these quotas regarding distribution levels, penetration, depth, and market share at assigned points of sale, in accordance with commercial policy through distributors/chains established in each country. * Conduct daily in-person monitoring of inventory levels across the entire portfolio/rotation/stock-out and commercial and marketing (cluster) strategies. Consolidated information must be reported weekly to your immediate supervisor. * Prepare and keep updated the rotation sheet and point-of-sale information in the CRM supporting point-of-sale management. * Plan monthly in-person visits based on the importance of each point of sale, aligned with your visit route requirements. * Ensure objective in-person coverage and frequency for each point of sale, in line with guidelines set by the Commercial Directorate. * Register visits in real time on the CRM platform. * Monitor points of sale with potential that are not currently visited, and review with your direct supervisor the relevance of their inclusion or feasibility of visiting via alternative means. * Execute flawlessly the trade marketing, marketing, and commercial plan (promotional plans), following directives provided during strategic meetings (respecting segmentation and targeting). * Deliver promotional messages to every person working at the point of sale. Note: In-person visits must occur across different shifts. * Provide timely feedback to your immediate supervisor regarding the effectiveness of implemented plans. * Submit supporting documentation for implemented plans promptly. * Carry out transfers or suggestions based on the analysis of penetration and depth needs recorded in the rotation sheet and quotas established for each point of sale, ensuring their effectiveness. * Periodically establish and communicate to your supervisor the trade price and competitive intelligence report from various points of sale to understand market behavior. * Build and maintain excellent commercial relationships with staff, managers/owners, and pharmacists at assigned points of sale. * Proactively ensure product rotation before expiry dates to minimize returns for this reason. * Guarantee compliance with commercial policies.
