For more information, please visit: www.convatecgroup.com **About the Role** The Junior Sales Representative, under direct supervision, is responsible for selling the company’s products, achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas, with a focus on product promotion grounded in thorough knowledge of products and associated pathologies. Implements business development tactical initiatives in alignment with marketing and sales strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, considering operations (purchase orders, backorder information, portfolio management, primary customer contact). * Appropriately utilize budgetary resources, samples, and materials under responsibility, in accordance with direction. * Develop commercial tactics for Convatec products within institutions and customers. * Implement the Education Plan through In-Service trainings and workshops. * Schedule and maintain up\-to\-date activity calendars and reports. * Monitor adherence to pricing strategy according to organizational needs and customer realities. * Track and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi\-annual sales performance. * Responsible for tracking and maintaining the assigned panel of healthcare professionals (frequency and sequence). * Establish contact with key demand generators within assigned institutions to expand business opportunities. * Coordinate specific promotional tasks according to regional needs. * Generate insights regarding customer trends, future outlooks, and competitor activities. * Implement promotional plans aligned with the product strategy deployed by the marketing and sales team. **Requirements** * Healthcare professional. * Clinical and commercial experience in the healthcare sector. * Numerical, analytical, and communication skills (Excel, communication applications, etc.). * Knowledge of Convatec’s promotion and sales process. * In\-depth knowledge of Convatec’s products and services. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to conduct In-Service trainings. * Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical devices. * Customer service skills. * Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders. * Experience in sales promotion. * Basic understanding of the local healthcare system model and its regulations. **Ready to join us?** At Convatec, we are revolutionizing trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch.
