Job Summary: A leading automotive company seeks a professional to lead dispatch, transportation, and distribution logistics, supervising operations and improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead national logistics for dispatch, transportation, and distribution. 2. Supervise compliance with commercial agreements and quality standards. 3. Lead logistics improvement, modernization, and optimization projects. We are EFI AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE, a prominent company dedicated to the importation and commercialization of automotive products. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and update the daily order dispatch schedule. * Ensure accurate order dispatch and scheduling by coordinating timely communication with the sales department. * Supervise transport providers' compliance with commercial agreements, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Lead logistics improvement, modernization, automation, and/or optimization projects related to outbound processes. * Supervise national transportation and distribution operations, ensuring operational continuity and service-level performance. * Lead assigned personnel by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing timely feedback. * Coordinate vehicle delivery logistics. * Ensure all delivery-related documentation is complete and accurate. * Resolve any incidents or inquiries related to vehicle delivery. * Maintain smooth communication with sales and after-sales teams. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles with team leadership responsibilities. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Knowledge of distribution center operations. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM** **Employment Type: Full-time** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
