




A leading company in Integrated Waste Management and Environmental Sanitation is seeking the most suitable candidate to fill the position of Waste Valorization Plant Supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering degree, or related fields. Advanced-level Excel proficiency. Minimum 1 year of experience in production as a supervisor or coordinator. Availability to work in VENTANILLA. FUNCTIONS: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate production results by balanced management of the productive resources available at the plant. Establish production planning and manage weekly scheduling. Monitor incoming and outgoing waste and its location within the plant. Coordinate on-site activities with personnel to perform cylinder inflation, cutting, washing, and painting, adapting them according to requirements. Rotate plant personnel according to service demand. Accurately record plant personnel work hours. Design, propose, and analyze optimal control methods to optimize the production process. Measure and monitor production progress, productivity, and quality. Prepare production indicators and submit weekly reports. Assign personnel across plants. Rotate plant personnel according to service demand. Coordinate final disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Coordinate with the Transportation Manager for service execution. Review transport guides to ensure alignment with executed services and corresponding service orders or contracts. Review personnel work-hour records prepared by the Operations Supervisor. Monitor all plants regarding order and cleanliness, as well as control of materials and equipment present at these plants. Dispatch commercially sellable waste sold by the Commercial Department. Coordinate with the Administration and Finance Department for corresponding invoicing. Determine required resources (supplies, equipment, personnel, facilities, etc.), define activity timelines, and coordinate timely with involved personnel both inside and outside the plant. Ensure plant processes are carried out in compliance with current regulations, continuously advising and motivating plant personnel for improved task performance. Maintain machinery according to manufacturer recommendations. Submit daily activity reports, participate in follow-up committees, and provide plant performance information. Develop an activity-based costing system, resource utilization tracking, and performance indicators to support better operational and commercial decision-making. Manage appropriate controls and implement necessary modifications to Quality and Environmental Management System procedures, ensuring proper implementation at the plant. Lead the Emergency Response Plan.
