Customer advisory on financing A real estate construction group with multifamily projects located in Jesús María, Breña, and Santa Beatriz is looking for a **SALESPERSON to handle apartment sales at the sales office located in the district of Santa Beatriz**. (Project under construction). * Lead attention and management. * Participation in real estate fairs, activations, and commercial events. * Project presentation, sales office, and finishes. * Customer accompaniment and advisory on financing. Requirements: * Experience in real estate. * Minimum 2 years of experience selling multifamily projects. * Proficiency in MiVivienda certifications. * Experience in bank financing. * Availability to work in **Santa Beatriz from Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM (one rotating day off among Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)** Benefits * General labor regime * Fixed salary + commissions Workplace: On-site employment
