Job Summary:
We are seeking a Communications or Marketing student to manage social media accounts, create digital content, and execute promotional campaigns, while developing design-related creativity.

**Required Profile:**
* Female student from the 7th semester onward; not yet graduated.
* Currently enrolled in Communications and Advertising, Marketing, Audiovisual Studies, or related fields.
* Prior experience in social media management and digital content creation is desirable.
* Proficiency in digital editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
* Knowledge of Meta Ads will be valued.
* Excellent writing and spelling skills.
* Responsible, proactive, organized, and strongly results-oriented.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Management, planning, and scheduling of content for our social media platforms.
* Design and execution of promotional campaigns targeting our architecture and design services.
* Comprehensive creation of advertising content—audiovisual and textual.
* Monitoring, tracking, and basic analysis of digital metrics to optimize performance.
**Work Conditions**
Mode: In-person.
Location:
**Av. Proceres de la Independencia 2517, San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima, Peru.**
**Schedule (Flexible):** Work by days or alternating dates (to be coordinated according to your academic load). Shifts will be scheduled within our standard operating hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
