Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Advisor to promote and sell lighting fixtures and LED solutions, develop a customer portfolio, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Field Sales Advisor. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, route-based work, or customer prospecting. * Willingness to travel to various locations, districts, and commercial zones for product promotion and sales. * Charisma, excellent communication skills, and negotiation ability. * Service-oriented attitude and clear focus on customer satisfaction. * Proactivity, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent personal presentation. * Ability to work autonomously and focus on achieving objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Active prospecting and acquisition of new customers (distributors, hardware stores, construction companies, projects, etc.) within assigned routes. * In-person visits to present, advise on, and demonstrate our lighting solutions catalog. * Sales closing, customer portfolio development, and on-site post-sales follow-up. * Regular reporting on visit management and achievement of established sales targets.
