Position Summary: Provide analytical, operational, and methodological support to Project Management, ensuring process control and optimization to mitigate risks. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical, operational, and methodological support in project management. 2. Monitoring and updating of schedules; alerts for deviations. 3. Design of executive dashboards and reports for Senior Management. **POSITION MISSION** Ensure analytical, operational, and methodological support to Project Management, guaranteeing rigorous control of schedules, budgets, management KPIs, and process optimization, with the aim of mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. **III. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Project Control and Monitoring:** Monitor and update the critical path and work schedules, issuing alerts for deviations from project milestones. * **Information Management and Reporting:** Consolidate project operational data for designing and updating executive dashboards and status reports for Senior Management. * **Process Optimization:** Map current workflows and identify bottlenecks to propose improvements using Industrial Engineering methodologies (Lean, resource efficiency). * **High-Level Administrative Support:** Manage project documentation control (meeting minutes, requirements, contracts). **5\. Process Control:** Support review of operational KPIs for the real estate group’s companies and planning for the new agro-industrial plant. **IV. COMPETENCY PROFILE (REQUIREMENTS)** **1\. Academic Qualification** * **Level:** Bachelor’s degree holder, graduate, or final-cycle student in **Industrial Engineering**. * **Academic Merit:** Must have received a university scholarship (supporting documentation mandatory) \- Mandatory. **2\. Work Experience** * Minimum **1 year of experience** providing support in project management, planning, or control, or in continuous improvement/PMO areas. **3\. Technical and Digital Competencies** * **Project Management:** Proficiency in MS Project (Intermediate level) and structural knowledge of predictive (PMBOK) and agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies. * **Data Analytics:** Advanced Microsoft Excel (data modeling, task automation, complex logical functions). Knowledge of Power BI for generating interactive reports. * **Process Tools:** Proficiency in MS Visio or process modeling tools (BPMN). * **Key Skill:** Impeccable technical writing, familiarity with research methodology, and ability to structure academic reports. * **Desired Knowledge:** Interest or foundational knowledge in Value Engineering (Mivivienda Verde Grade 3 / VIS) and agro-industrial processes. **4\. Leadership and Soft Skills** * **Analytical and Critical Thinking:** Ability to deconstruct complex problems and propose data-driven solutions. * **Results Orientation:** Proactive approach to achieving goals under high-quality standards and tight deadlines. * **Organization and Planning:** Rigor in time structuring and prioritizing multiple concurrent assignments. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly, technically, and executively with multidisciplinary teams and strategic clients. **5\.
