Job Summary: We are seeking a lawyer specialized in real estate law and contracts to strengthen our legal team, responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, legal due diligence, and regulatory support. Comprehensive legal support for real estate projects A real estate company dedicated to developing and selling land projects in Lima. We aim to strengthen our legal team by hiring a lawyer specialized in real estate law and contracts. Main Responsibilities: - Drafting and reviewing land sale-purchase agreements and minutes - Legal due diligence of land and follow-up on registration procedures before SUNARP - Drafting, reviewing, and updating powers of attorney and corporate minutes - Coordinating municipal procedures related to real estate projects - Providing legal support to the commercial department regarding regulatory compliance Requirements: - Law degree, registered with the Bar Association, and in good standing - Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law and/or registry law - Prior experience in construction or real estate companies is desirable - Experience handling procedures before SUNARP and municipal authorities - Availability for on-site work in Lima We Offer: - Employment modality: payroll employment or service invoices (to be determined based on candidate profile) - Market-competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience - Opportunity to join a growing team within the real estate sector Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
