As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who can drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** At **ACCIONA**, for its **CONSTRUCTION** business, we require hiring a **RISK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST** for a project in Lima. **MISSION:** To lead the identification, analysis, evaluation, control, and communication of project risks by designing and implementing proactive strategies that minimize the impact of adverse events on project objectives (schedule, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability), thereby ensuring the successful execution of the works within established contractual and regulatory standards. **Candidate Requirements** **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineer, Highway Engineer, or Engineer in Waterways, Harbors and Ports, or Building Construction Engineer, or related disciplines **Experience:** * **General Experience:** 8 years of experience since graduation or issuance of the corresponding diploma (for foreign professionals). * **Specific Experience:** 3 years as a Risk Management Specialist in contracting entities, supervision, engineering, or construction firms involved in infrastructure projects of similar scope or linear infrastructure projects. **Location:** * Metropolitan Lima **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Development of risk management plans, and management, control, and communication of project risks * Implementation of strategies to minimize the impact of risks on the project * Other duties associated with contractual obligations regarding Risk Management ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
