




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Administrative and/or Accounting Technical Assistant to support the company's administrative and accounting operations, assist in HR activities, and support the accountant. Career development path Administrative and/or Accounting Technical Assistant A company located in Miraflores is looking for an Administration and/or Accounting Technician to perform various administrative and accounting tasks. We seek a responsible, organized individual with willingness to collaborate in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the company's administrative and accounting management. * Handling errands, assignments, and official procedures. * Assisting in the interview process and human resources management. * Supporting income and expense tracking and reconciliation. * Assisting the accountant in preparing documents, financial statements, and reports. * Performing other daily tasks and responsibilities as they arise. Requirements: * Technician in Administration and/or Accounting, or a student currently interning in either field. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). * Must reside near Miraflores (mandatory). * Committed to assigned duties. * Proactive, organized individual capable of multitasking. * Availability to perform varied duties both inside and outside the office. * Female candidates preferred, with adaptability to diverse responsibilities.
