




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in patient care, appointment management, billing, and marketing support for a medical office. Key Highlights: 1. Manages reception, medical scheduling, and coordinates with internal departments. 2. Supports marketing, social media, and patient loyalty campaigns. 3. Requires proactivity, effective communication, and sales ability. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Salary: S/. 1200 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Patient reception and registration. * Appointment and medical schedule management. * Guidance on coverage and insurance. * Billing and cash handling. * Support for marketing and patient loyalty campaigns. * Coordination with internal medical departments. * Social media management (community manager). * Clinic inventory management. * Preparation of weekly sales reports. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** \- Technical degree in Health Services Administration or Secretarial/Administrative Studies \- Completed secondary education as minimum requirement. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in similar roles. * Prior experience in the healthcare sector (customer service and sales) is desirable. **Competencies** * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Organization, punctuality, and proactivity. * Sales ability and patient retention skills. * Basic marketing knowledge and support capability for campaigns. * Proficiency in Spanish (only language required).
