The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital strategies to boost the company’s presence and attract potential customers. This is an on-site position located in San Miguel, within a dynamic and continuously growing environment. Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Analyze metrics using Google Analytics 4 and other digital tools. Design lead generation and conversion funnel strategies. Manage social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with creative, goal-oriented content. Monitor KPIs, interpret results, and propose improvements. Create performance reports and present actionable insights. Maintain active communication with the digital community and manage messages, comments, and inquiries. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing and community management. Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4. Knowledge of lead generation, funnel, and remarketing strategies. Ability to create engaging content aligned with brand objectives. Experience managing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Creativity, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. Availability to work in San Miguel.
