Job Summary: We are looking for a Marketing or Communications professional to manage digital strategies, social media, web content, and advertising campaigns, bringing fresh ideas and creativity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage content strategies and digital campaigns. 2. Contribute fresh ideas and visual creativity to the brand. 3. Develop and maintain the brand’s digital presence. **Requirements:** * Website management skills. * Ability to generate fresh ideas with strong visual sense and basic editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to increase reach and improve brand positioning. * Social media management: Schedule and publish content on Facebook and LinkedIn. * Monitor messages, comments, and industry trends. * Support organic and paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). * Content planning: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and activities. * Digital graphic design: Create graphic assets for social media and email marketing (posts, carousels, reels, flyers, banners), and proficiency in Canva. * Email marketing and database management: Draft and send mass emails to customers (announcements, promotions), update and segment databases for more effective campaigns. * Support for digital campaigns: Execute and track advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads. * Website management: Assist with content uploads and basic updates. * Ensure texts and images are optimized for best quality. * Analytics and reporting: Prepare campaign and post reports to evaluate results and improve actions. * Provide support for any tasks requested by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduated or currently studying Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in this role or similar positions. * High adaptability. * Availability to work Monday to Friday at Mz B9 Lt 5 Asoc De Viv. Residencial El Rosal Ate Vitarte. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Salary:** S/. 1,500 + lunches **Ref:** Intersection of Av. Huarochirí and Av.
