




Job Summary: Human Resources Assistant with experience in personnel recruitment and selection, responsible for managing onboarding, induction, and staff support processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in carrying out HR administrative tasks A company operating in the financial sector, managing various AFP portfolios and major banking institutions. We are currently seeking 1 Human Resources Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and/or Administration. - Intermediate-level Office skills. - Experience in personnel recruitment and selection (mandatory), preferably in a call center environment. - Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing. - Experience in utilizing recruitment sources and social media platforms. - Experience in preparing psychosocial reports. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the entire personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, and general induction process. - Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with the hiring manager according to requirements. - Provide support in preparing staff attendance records. - Actively participate in all company activities. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
