Responsibilities: Recruit, select, and onboard personnel. Prepare employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and labor records. Prepare and manage payroll, social benefits, and employee payments. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Support performance evaluations and workplace climate activities. Report labor incidents and carry out other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Profile Requirements: Currently enrolled in, or having completed, a technical or university program in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
