Ongoing training and development **Job Description:** We are JOAK SPORT, a retail and wholesale footwear company featuring well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and other brands. **Main Responsibilities:** * Propose strategies and plans to increase followers and brand engagement on social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.). * Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media. * Knowledge of TikTok Ads and Meta. * Oversee social media campaigns, defining the brand’s tone and style. * Propose ideas and demonstrate creativity in editing. * Develop the monthly content calendar. * Publish and schedule feed and Stories content. * Respond to messages and comments on Instagram, TikTok, and other digital communication channels. * Design graphic assets and edit creative videos. * Support event management, activations, and the creation of strategic partnerships with other brands. * Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital media outreach campaigns. * Perform other related duties as assigned by your direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum desirable experience: 2 years managing social media, audiovisual production, and on-camera performance. * Age between 20 and 30 years. * Knowledge of campaign management on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. * Skills to create visual and audiovisual content (basic graphic design and video editing). * Ability to manage communities and maintain positive relationships with influencers and followers. * Skills to handle digital crises and online reputation management. * Proactive, creative, and results-oriented attitude. * Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, and Filmora (MANDATORY). * Availability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment. **We Offer:** * Professional growth opportunity within an expanding company. * A creative and collaborative work environment. * Ongoing training and development. **Join our team and make our brand’s voice resonate strongly across the digital world!** **Submit CV** Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,650.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to start work immediately?
