Job Summary: An HR Accounting Assistant who will support payroll calculation, payment management, contract renewals, and insurance and benefits procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in payroll calculation and payment management 2. Preparation of contract renewals 3. Support in human resources activities **Position Title:** HR Accounting Assistant **Responsibilities:** \- Support accurate calculation of the monthly payroll, fifth-category income tax, withholdings, bonuses, social benefits settlements, etc. \- Manage payment processes for submission to accounting and finance departments. \- Support preparation of employment contract and agreement renewals. \- Support preparation and filing of tax payments, AFP Net. \- Process complementary insurance and Life Insurance Law (Seguro de Vida Ley) claims monthly. \- Provide support for activities related to the human resources department. \- Knowledge of Es Salud procedures (accreditation, maternity leave, subsidies, medical leaves, etc.), EPS, SCTR, SVL, and others. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical diploma / Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Accounting. \- One (1) year of experience in roles related to human resources (Mandatory). \- Must perform timekeeping tasks for payroll closing (Mandatory). \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \- Knowledge of PDT PLAME, T-REGISTRO, AFP NET. \- Familiarity with STARSOF system (Desirable). \- Availability to work in Santa Anita — Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
