Administrative support for Human Resources processes **RTS Automation – Breña** At **RTS Automation**, a company dedicated to providing technological solutions, we are looking for a **Compensation Assistant**. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in **Accounting, Administration, Human Resources**, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in the compensation area. * Experience managing **project/service work payroll and contracts** * Knowledge of **labor legislation**, social benefits, and contributions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and management of payroll for **project/service work and administrative staff (100 employees)**. * Calculation of compensation, overtime hours, deductions, and social benefits. * Contract management, payroll slips, and settlements. * Filing and monitoring of contributions and withholdings. * Administrative support for HR department processes. **Employment Conditions:** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week** (8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). * Salary: **S/ 1,500** * Mobility allowance: **S/ 300** * Workplace: **Breña**.
