Opportunity for professional development in commercial support and sales management. **Job Description:** At Idelcom, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant with experience as a sales executive. We seek a professional with strategic vision, commitment to the company's identity, and a results-oriented approach, who wishes to become part of a dynamic and continuously growing team. **Specific Responsibilities** * Monthly registration of sales completed by each sales representative for evaluation and control of their targets. * Providing support to the commercial department in meeting deadlines and agreements with clients (technical visits, proposal submissions, follow-ups, etc.). * Generating orders and distributing related information to involved departments (Operations, Technical Support, Logistics, Administration, and Finance). * Generating registration codes for quotations, visits, and mobility, according to requirements from assigned clients. * Preparing and sending quotations in required formats (PDF and Excel), depending on internal or external recipients. * Supporting homologation processes required by clients, coordinating collection and submission of necessary documentation. * Maintaining an updated client database (legal name, RUC, contact person, email, telephone, etc.). * Registering and keeping the weekly commercial schedule up to date, consolidating information sent by executives. * Monitoring account assignment and follow-up per sales representative, as directed by the Commercial Manager. * Maintaining a complete record of each sale (purchase order, acceptance certificate, invoice, and payment receipt). * Updating the company presentation letter and flagship projects, following coordination with the relevant department. * Tracking sales by service classification to substantiate experience in public or private tenders. * Participating in sales and pre-sales meetings when required. * Demonstrating proactive attitude, initiative, and cooperation across all company departments. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Administration, Business, Marketing, or related fields. **Knowledge** * English language proficiency; management software. **Experience** * Minimum 7 years. **Competencies and/or Skills** * Planning and organization to meet deadlines. * Effective communication. * Teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation. * Proactivity and initiative. * Customer orientation and service quality. * Adaptability. * Efficient use of digital tools. **Employment Terms:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM MYPE labor regime.
