Main Responsibilities * Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, and other digital channels. * Provide information about services and prepare quotations. * Follow up with prospects until the sale is finalized. * Coordinate bookings, payments, and service scheduling. * Keep client and commercial opportunity information up to date. * Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements * Recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial management. * Ability to close sales effectively through digital channels (WhatsApp, social media, etc.). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented individual. * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.).
