Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, implement, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) for quality, safety, and environment within an electrical services company. Focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in electrical environments. **Job Description** Jalma SAC is a contractor providing low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical installation services, serving industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures, customer requirements, and current legislation regarding: Quality, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and Environment—with particular emphasis on electrical operations and decentralized services. Minimum two years of proven experience implementing IMS for service or construction contracting companies is required. A university degree and professional registration are preferred. Specialized studies in Integrated Management Systems are valued. **Responsibilities** The main responsibilities for this position are: \- Design the Integrated Management System (IMS) model: Quality per ISO 9001, Occupational Safety and Health per ISO 45001, and Environmental Management per ISO 14001\. \- Develop the IMS baseline and implementation plan to achieve ISO certification. \- Prepare, implement, and disseminate documentation compliant with regulations and legal requirements for Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. \- Ensure compliance with legal standards, procedures, document control, programs, and IMS plans. \- Conduct internal training related to the IMS. \- Implement the continuous improvement system, including KPIs, technical controls, process standardization, among others. \- Prepare monthly reports to Management on the status of objectives, targets, programs, plans, and management indicators. \- Coordinate periodic internal and external audits. \- Define internal and external communication based on the management model using the company website, social media, or other mass communication channels. \- Operational control of IMS compliance across our projects and services. **Requirements** \- University graduate; degree and professional registration preferred. \- Postgraduate diploma in Integrated Management Systems. \- Postgraduate diploma in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. \- Internal auditor certifications. \- Two years of experience implementing Integrated Management Systems in construction or service companies. \- Two years of experience as OSH Manager and prevention officer. \- Proficient user-level skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and design software. **Objectives** Short Term: Implement compliance with Law No. 29783\. Medium Term 1: Implement and certify the Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015. Medium Term 2: Implement and certify the Environmental Management System per ISO 14001:2015. Long Term 1: Implement and certify the Occupational Safety and Health Management System per ISO 45001:2018.
