




Job Summary: A digital marketing professional responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital campaign and social media content strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implement content strategies for growth and virality. 2. Conduct competitor research and analysis for digital campaigns. 3. Develop scripts and storyboards for social media videos. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Formulate digital campaign strategies by creating concepts aligned with objectives. * Results-oriented toward digital positioning (Reach, Engagement, Follower Count). * Research and Analysis: Weekly benchmarking of competitors' actions and strategies, monitoring competitors' campaigns and new real estate project developments. * Design and implement content strategies focused on growth, reach, and virality. * Map and organize monthly content grids per channel. * Develop social media video scripts along with corresponding storyboards. * Plan and manage the monthly content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. * Publish and manage content across social media platforms. * Monitor audience interaction and respond across various channels. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in real estate companies. * Knowledge of SEO positioning. * Knowledge of digital advertising. * Proficiency in audiovisual equipment (smartphone, camera). * Proficiency in editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools. * Extroverted and charismatic for video presentations. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
