CCD EDUCA E.I.R.L**.\* is seeking a** Digital Marketing Assistant\* to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies. * Manage advertising campaigns on **Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**. * Analyze and segment audiences to optimize campaign performance. * Prepare reports on digital campaign performance. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Marketing**. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proactivity, creativity, organization, and results orientation. **Working Conditions** * Work modality: On-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Employment type: Service Fee Receipt (RxH). **Benefits** * Compensation: S/ 1,400\. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for continuous development and learning. * Career progression based on performance. **We seek individuals with a positive attitude, creativity, and strong motivation to learn.
