Job Summary: We are seeking Marketing personnel to support digital marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign management for brand positioning. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for learning and growth in digital marketing AT **DS CONSULTORES**, WE ARE LOOKING FOR MARKETING PERSONNEL FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS. **Job Objective**: Provide support in executing digital marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign management to contribute to brand positioning and growth. **What will you do?** * Support planning and execution of digital marketing strategies. * Execute and monitor social media campaigns (Meta Ads). * Create content for social media (Reels, TikTok, copywriting, and graphic assets). * Manage social media accounts, website, and marketplaces. * Analyze campaign metrics and propose improvements. * Ensure brand identity consistency across all channels. * Coordinate with internal teams and international brands. * Other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Required Profile** * Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in digital marketing or content creation. * Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaign management. * Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar). * Experience creating social media content (Reels, TikTok, posts). * Basic understanding of digital metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). * Intermediate English proficiency **Key Competencies:** * Creativity and orientation toward digital trends * Basic analytical ability * Proactivity and organization * Commitment to continuous learning **We Offer** * Salary: S/ 2,000 (MYPE payroll) * Learning opportunity * Career growth path in digital marketing **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Work Mode: On-site (with potential transition to hybrid) * Location: In process of relocation (Miraflores, San Isidro, San Borja, or Surco) Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,001\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate year of graduation.
