




We are seeking a **Digital Marketing Coordinator** to execute and coordinate the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The position focuses on **managing digital campaigns, developing proposals, achieving objectives, and directly coordinating with management**. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute results-oriented digital marketing campaigns. * Manage campaigns on **Meta Ads and Google Ads**. * Develop campaign proposals, action plans, and reports for management. * Lead follow-up meetings with management and present results (KPIs). * Administer and update the **WordPress website** (content, pages, basic SEO). * Plan social media content calendars. * Supervise graphic assets, videos, and advertising creatives. * Analyze performance using **Meta Insights and Google Analytics**. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing**. * Basic experience coordinating teams or projects. * Knowledge of **Meta Ads and Google Ads**. * Proficiency in **WordPress** for website administration. * Basic knowledge of **SEO, copywriting, and digital analytics**. * Social media platform expertise: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Strong communication skills and ability to present proposals to management. * Goal- and results-oriented mindset. **Employment Conditions** * Formal employment under the general labor regime. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: **8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.** Position type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,500.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
