




Academic Qualifications: * **High school graduate or university degree** in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Labor Legislation is desirable. Experience: * **Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience** in Human Resources areas. * Proven experience in **corporate groups** or companies with formal structures. * Experience in the **mining sector** or companies engaged in mining-related activities is desirable. * Experience in implementing and improving HR processes. Key Functions and Knowledge: * Development, updating, and implementation of: * **Organization and Functions Manuals (OFM)**. * **Internal Work Regulations (IWR)**. * **Internal HR policies and procedures**. * Preparation and management of: * **Employment contracts** (indefinite-term, fixed-term, mining regime). * Addendums, renewals, and terminations. * Thorough knowledge of **Peruvian labor legislation**, including: * General labor regime and **mining labor regime**. * SUNAFIL inspections. * Comprehensive HR management: * Recruitment and selection. * Onboarding and training. * Performance evaluation. * Workplace climate and internal communication. * Coordination and supervision of: * Payroll, social benefits, and labor obligations (with accounting or external support). * Handling of labor audits and support during inspections. * Preparation of HR management reports for senior management. Competencies: * High level of organization and planning. * Analytical ability and legal–labor judgment. * Leadership and advisory capacity toward management. * Confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism. * Effective communication at all levels.
