Our team consists of physiatrists, physical therapists, and technical staff committed to the functional recovery of each individual. **Role:** Center Administrator We seek a proactive, empathetic, and organized professional with experience in healthcare service or customer service management, capable of leading the center’s daily operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for both patients and staff. **Responsibilities** - Staff Management: Supervise schedules, attendance, and performance of the therapeutic and administrative teams. - Patient Care: Ensure a warm, orderly, and efficient experience from admission through discharge. - Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate therapy sessions, avoiding conflicts and optimizing the availability of professionals and equipment. - Medical Coordination: Maintain smooth communication with physiatrists and therapists to ensure treatment continuity. - Social Media Management: Oversee or execute posts, respond to messages, and promote center services. - Operational Administration: Manage supplies, petty cash, basic reporting, coordination with suppliers, and equipment maintenance. - Patient Follow-up: Support treatment adherence management and rescheduling. - Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process, service, and internal communication improvements. **Requirements** - Technical or university degree in Administration, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Psychology, or related fields. - Prior experience managing healthcare centers, clinics, medical offices, or similar settings (minimum 1 year). - Proficiency with digital tools: Google Calendar, Excel, WhatsApp Business, social media platforms. - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution ability. - Preferred: Basic knowledge of digital marketing or automated scheduling systems. **We Offer** - Competitive salary above market average. - A humane, professional, and collaborative work environment. - Opportunities for growth and development within the healthcare sector. - Ongoing training and the chance to implement your own ideas. - Fixed working hours with job stability.
