




**Project Management Engineers S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to engineering services and project management, is seeking an **HR Analyst**. **Main responsibilities:** * Comprehensive HR management for a small-team company. * Recruitment and selection of technical and administrative personnel. * Preparation and management of employment contracts, renewals, and personnel files. * Attendance, vacation, medical leave, and other leave tracking. * Payroll coordination, social benefits, AFP (Private Pension Fund Administrators), and insurance. * Coordination of occupational medical examinations and onboarding inductions. * Support in compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Handling employee labor-related inquiries. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation (general regime). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and proactivity. **We offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment and autonomy in managing the HR area.
