Support in onboarding, training, and integration activities. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will provide support in personnel administration processes, recruitment and selection, as well as benefits management and workplace climate-related matters. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the recruitment and personnel selection process. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and databases. * Manage attendance, vacations, leaves of absence, and medical leave. * Prepare reports related to payroll and social benefits. * Support onboarding, training, and integration activities. * Provide support during internal audits and compliance with labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in human resources (experience in recruitment and payroll is preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
