




Position Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Human Resources Assistant with experience in talent management, recruitment, personnel administration, and labor regulatory compliance. An experienced Human Resources Assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, results-oriented, and possessing solid knowledge of talent management processes and labor regulatory compliance is required. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Lead recruitment and personnel selection processes. \* Supervise personnel administration (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files). \* Manage payroll, social benefits, and compensation. \* Ensure compliance with labor legislation. \* Implement workplace climate initiatives, organizational culture, and talent development. \* Supervise training and performance evaluation processes. \* Develop and monitor HR management indicators. \* Provide support to managers on human resource matters. **Requirements:** \* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \* Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management. \* Proficiency in HR metrics and team leadership. \* Familiarity with labor legislation, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and payroll processing. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm — full-time schedule. **Compensation:** Based on evaluation (Starting from S/. 1600.00\) **Work Location:** On-site employment Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
