Currently, we are seeking a **MANAGEMENT CONTROL INTERNSHIP** for our Planning and Logistics Management Department. **Requirements:** * Graduated or in the final semester of Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Accounting. * Advanced MS Excel skills. * Knowledge of Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Balanced Scorecard, and Management KPIs. * Basic understanding of databases. * Excellent logical\-mathematical ability. * Systems thinking. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * High level of empathy. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in the Lima Industrial Zone. **Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of costs, budgets, KPIs, and reports for Management and the Board of Directors.
