The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and attract potential customers. Work will be conducted onsite in San Miguel, within a dynamic and continuously growing environment. Responsibilities: * Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. * Analyze metrics using Google Analytics 4 and other digital tools. * Design lead-generation strategies and conversion funnels. * Manage social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with creative, goal-oriented content. * Monitor KPIs, interpret results, and propose improvements. * Generate performance reports and present actionable insights. * Maintain active communication with the digital community and manage messages, comments, and inquiries. Requirements: * Proven experience in digital marketing and community management. * Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4. * Knowledge of lead-generation strategies, funnels, and remarketing. * Ability to create attractive content aligned with brand objectives. * Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. * Creativity, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset. Availability to work in San Miguel.
