Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills Our company, Diar Ingenieros S.A., is looking for a ***Payroll Analyst*** with experience in the construction sector, focused on comprehensive payroll control, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of labor processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years of advanced ERP S10 payroll experience (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience managing weekly payroll (civil construction regime) and monthly payroll (general regime). * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * Proficiency in T\-Registro, PDT PLAME, and AFP Net. * Solid knowledge of social benefits and payroll settlements. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare weekly and monthly payroll registers, validating supporting documents and remuneration concepts. * Prepare and file PDT PLAME and AFP Net declarations. * Manage distribution of pay slips and track employee signature confirmations. * Monitor and update vacation scheduling. * Manage attendance control (hours worked, absences, and leave requests). * Submit weekly and monthly timesheets to projects and departments. * Calculate fifth-category income tax. * Draft employment contracts (hiring and renewals). * Respond to inquiries and requests from regulatory authorities (SUNAFIL, SUNAT, CONAFOVICER). * Process social benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations, and profit-sharing). * Ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the civil construction sector. * Register new hires in T\-Registro and manage terminations. * Prepare social benefit settlement statements. * File Life Insurance Law coverage declarations. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and issue employment certificates. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary paid via formal payroll, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, social insurance, Life Insurance Law coverage, family allowance). * EPS (Optional). * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Profit-sharing participation.
