Responsibilities: · Create audiovisual content · Launch Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, and Performance Max · Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, among others · Analyze and interpret data in Google Analytics · Perform basic tag configuration in Google Tag Manager · Develop, plan, and execute Instagram content calendars (Posts, Stories, and Reels) · Control and manage allocated advertising budgets for Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms · Monitor and analyze performance metrics and statistics across all social media platforms: engagement, community growth, reach, etc. (CRM) · Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor Requirements: · Studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields · Proficiency in video and audio editing software · Knowledge of: Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (verifiable), Copywriting, and analysis and interpretation of metrics (KPIs) · Minimum 1 year of experience as Community Manager, Marketing Assistant, or in Digital Marketing and/or Social Media roles · Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, and Canva platforms · Proactivity, sound judgment, and curiosity · Strong communication skills · Interpersonal skills: emotional intelligence, teamwork, assertive communication · Residence in Barranco or nearby areas Benefits: · Formal employment registration · Bi-weekly payments · Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
