We are looking for a proactive professional to support the analysis and optimization of internal processes, development of flowcharts, and productivity monitoring within the company. **Requirements:** * Graduates or students in their final years (4th or 5th year) of **INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING or related fields.** * Knowledge of process management and improvement, productivity, and flowchart development. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with diagramming tools (Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart) is desirable. * Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs) and dashboard creation. * Experience presenting and defending results, including reports and management indicators. * Immediate availability / Part-time, Monday to Friday. * Morning shift (7:15 AM to 12:15 PM). * **Modality:** In-person. * **Location:** Calle República de Chile 310, Cercado (two blocks from UNSA Sociales).
