Excellent workplace climate We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant with solid experience and knowledge in recruitment and selection processes and talent management in **food retail.** **Requirements:** * Experience in recruitment and selection of large-scale operational staff. * Ability to organize, plan, and monitor processes. * Knowledge of employee retention and workplace climate is desirable. * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (experience managing operational roles is desirable). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Experience in individual and/or large-scale selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Posting job requirements on various candidate sourcing channels such as Computrabajo, social media, etc. * Knowledge of candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and follow-up. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Valued Competencies:** * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information. **Benefits:** * SME payroll registration from the first day of employment * Family allowance * Bi-weekly payments * Market-competitive remuneration * Excellent workplace climate. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,500.00 per hour Expected weekly hours: 48.0 Workplace: On-site employment
