We seek someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, and enthusiasm for attracting and selecting high-quality talent. Responsibilities * Support all stages of the recruitment process: job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding. * Promote job openings across various platforms and social media. * Review and screen resumes and applications. * Coordinate and schedule interviews. * Maintain an updated candidate database and follow up accordingly. * Collaborate with the Human Resources department in developing talent attraction strategies. Requirements * Prior experience in Human Resources or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities. * Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. * Teamwork and autonomy. * Proactive profile, results-oriented, with strong writing skills. Schedule * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Sundays and holidays off.
