




We are currently seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant with experience and solid knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and talent management. Requirements: * Experience in mass operational staff recruitment and selection. * Organizational, planning, and process tracking skills. * Knowledge of employee retention and workplace climate is desirable. * A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (experience managing operational positions is desirable). * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Responsibilities: * Experience in individual and/or mass selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Posting job requirements on various personnel sourcing channels such as Computrabajo, social media, etc. * Knowledge of candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and follow-up. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valued Competencies: * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Job Type: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
