




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SSOMA Risk Prevention Specialist to supervise and manage safety in industrial plants, with a focus on high-risk operations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of compliance with safety and health regulations INOXSERV SAC, specialized in manufacturing and maintenance of machinery and iron and stainless steel structures, with 20 years of experience. We are looking for an SSOMA Risk Prevention Specialist to work in industrial plants in Lima and Ate. Requirements: * Technical or professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a professional title * SSOMA (Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment) courses * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Risk Prevention Specialist (RPS) in construction projects or general services. Professional references required (preferably from food and pharmaceutical industries) * Experience managing high-risk work (work at heights, hot work, confined space entry) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: * Supervise high-risk work (work at heights, electrical hazard work, hot work, confined spaces) * Conduct 5-minute safety talks, tool inspections, and other required forms * Verify proper use of PPE and field signage * Monitor and implement the annual SSOMA plan and program * Conduct SSOMA induction, training, and coaching for personnel joining the Distribution Center * Update hazard identification and risk assessment documentation, as well as environmental aspect and impact identification and evaluation * Prepare IPERC, PETS, ATS (among others) for assigned projects and propose technical solutions to resolve issues during service execution * Prepare reports, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and safety talks required for services * Coordinate permits for service execution with the client's SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) department * Supervise compliance with occupational safety and health regulations—both our own and the client’s—during service execution at client facilities * Report incidents and/or accidents, conduct investigations, and propose corrective actions * Other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the direct supervisor We Offer: * MYPE payroll registration from day one * SCTR insurance and Social Security * Overtime pay * Pleasant working environment Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Lunch break: 1 hour Availability to work outside regular hours upon prior coordination Availability to work on Sundays and holidays upon prior coordination Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
