REQUIREMENTS * University degree in sustainability-related fields, engineering, environmental sciences, natural resource management, social work, administration, or similar disciplines. * Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in sustainability project development, ESG management, social impact, climate change, or related areas. * Experience leading strategies, teams, and medium-to-large-scale projects. * Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders. * Knowledge of ESG regulations and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, SDGs, among others). * Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risk and performance management. * Design and evaluation of projects, KPIs, and impact metrics. * Expertise in climate change, circular economy, carbon footprint, or other industry-specific domains.
