At **HD Head Hunters**, we are searching for the best professional to fill the **Commercial Manager** position for one of our clients — a leading Fintech company with a digital, multicultural, and high-performance culture. Position Details: * **Location:** San Isidro, Lima * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (in-office twice per week). * **Employment Type:** General Regime. **Purpose of the Position** Your mission will be to lead the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring portfolio growth through effective team management, achievement of targets, and implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI). **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and empower the sales team under your supervision. * Design and execute placement strategies focused on **Factoring and Confirming** products. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets and continuous monitoring of KPIs (portfolio growth, placement volume, margin, and team performance). * Drive adoption and utilization of digital tools and AI within the department. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Over 5 years of experience in commercial roles. * **Leadership:** Over 5 years leading and developing successful teams. * **Languages:** **Advanced English (Mandatory)**. * **Key Competencies:** Leadership, strategic thinking, digital mindset, and strong results orientation. * Prior experience in the Fintech or Startup sector. * Familiarity with OKR-based methodologies, high-performance culture, and digital organization tools such as **Notion**. What Do We Offer? * **Base Salary:** S/ 10,000 – S/ 14,000 (based on evaluation and experience). * **Commissions:** Attractive monthly commission scheme. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Opportunity to join a rapidly growing Fintech with a dynamic, technological, and multicultural work environment.
