Position Summary: Analyze, record, and validate accounting transactions; prepare financial statements; and participate in budget development for a leading multinational company. Key Highlights: 1. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Analyze and record accounting transactions in accordance with **IFRS** and Peruvian regulations. * Review and validate complex accounting entries. * Perform bank and account reconciliations. * Manage provisions, accruals, depreciation, and amortization. * Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. * Prepare financial statements and explanatory notes. * Analyze variances in results and balances. * Prepare financial reports for management and headquarters (if applicable). * Participate in budget and financial forecasting development. * Implement and strengthen internal controls. * Support internal and external audits. * Document accounting processes and procedures. * Identify financial and accounting risks. **Requirements** * Graduates in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting. * Knowledge of tax withholdings (detracciones), provisions, tax retentions (retenciones), and standard accounting records. * Knowledge of Oracle (Desirable) * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. * Intermediate level of English (Desirable) **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Health insurance (EPS) coverage at 80% for the employee, spouse, and children up to age 18. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
