Collaborative environment committed to well-being **Job Description** **Location:** Malvinas Camp – Camisea Gas Project, Megantoni District **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Full-time At **SIECAR**, a company specialized in electrical protection and infrastructure services in remote areas, we are seeking a **Field Nurse** with experience in medical care at camps and jungle operations. This position is critical to ensuring the health and safety of technical personnel in demanding and hard-to-access environments. **Job Objective** To provide on-site medical support and accompaniment to personnel working in remote areas, ensuring timely, efficient, and humane care in any eventuality. **Requirements** **Academic Qualification:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (mandatory degree) **Additional Training:** * Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) – NAEMT * Basic Life Support (BLS) **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years as a nurse in remote locations or mining camps * Preferred experience with recognized companies in the sector **Main Responsibilities** * Accompany field crews to provide immediate medical assistance * Administer medications, antivenoms, and basic treatments as required * Manage emergencies, administer first aid, and monitor personnel health status * Control and manage the field first-aid kit / emergency backpack * Conduct periodic inspections for disease prevention **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication with the team to promote safety and preventive measures * Ability to convey knowledge regarding health and disease prevention * Empathy and sensitivity in medical care * Ability to detect and assess personnel’s emotional state in the field **Benefits** * Employment with a solid company possessing extensive experience in remote projects * Collaborative environment committed to personnel well-being Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500.00 \- S/.5,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
