Job Summary: IGH is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage selection and onboarding processes, and to document the human resources management area within the mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently searching for top talent for the position of **Human Resources Assistant** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * One year of experience in the human resources field. * Residence in Surco or neighboring districts. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Solid knowledge of personnel selection processes. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Manage the selection process. * Report the status of personnel requirements to the coordinator responsible for the department. * Be responsible for addressing assigned personnel requirements. * Be responsible for managing the personnel onboarding process. * Digitize documents related to the human resources management area. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
